 Selecting an idea for this magazine wasn't easy but I believe I selected this idea because it should spark interest. Also, now that we're in a pandemic throughout the pandemic people have been going through so much mentally and it's hard. Online school or going to work not being able to see many people or not being able to do anything leaves you feeling bored and then gradually you start getting to the state of depression or whatever else. 

Some similar reference I used to help me influence my layout and design would be a magazine I saw awhile ago. I don't remember too much about it but my layout is somewhat similar to it. The layout stuck out to me because it seemed very clean and attractive to the eye. So, I wanted to maybe convey that. I really enjoy the off-center type of cover and then not too much, but not too little, pictures.

Blog Post 3

 I was able to take the feedback positively and eventually submitted a better second sketch than the first. My first sketch I did digitally and sped through it and it was noticeable it was rushed. Since my first sketch I worked on taking my time and doing research on different layouts in order to come up with my final result. Since the feedback I changed the number of text boxes to a lesser amount. Also, on the inside pages I divided the pages in half and had a picture bleed onto the other page and tried to make everything neat and have its own space. I'd say I changed the layout completely, but one thing I kept the same was the idea of the cover page.

Looking at Movies Refelction

  To start off cinematic language is the way any form of film is constructed. For example, a movie or the episodes of a tv show is constructed with more than just good lighting and a camera. That is where cinematic language come into place. Cinematic language is made up of many different camera angles, lighting effects, sound effects, and many other formulas of cinematic language happening in a film. This helps me or maybe even you understand what is meant by cinematic language. Cinematic language is meant to hook in the viewer and keep them hooked until the very last few minutes of the film so the viewer can be able to say they found it entertaining, interesting, or any other adjectives used to describe an addicting film.
